Basic prerequisites for KOI MED^® and
„other products“

Please follow the instructions and labelings!

• Please read the instruction manual very carefully. Do not hesitate to contact your trader, veterinary or the manufacturer in case of questions
• Stick to the given recommendation of dosage.
• Please seperate diseased fish from others (quarantine basin)
• Please switch off electrical equipment, such as the ultra-violette lamp, ozone and skimming machine during medical treatment.
• Remove absorbing filter media, such as activated carbon and zeolite.
• Stick to minimal temperature of 10°C.
• Avoid the combination of different products (unless it is recommendet in the package insert)
• Check the water quality on a regular basis and change part of the water if necessary
• Keep the products out of children's reach and do not decant them

• In case of insistent symptoms, please contact a fish veterinary.

Our products were intensively checked and have been proving to be of great value for years. Please be aware of the fact that there are huge differences between keeping facilities, such as basin or ponds, and the affecting environmental factors (water temperature, oxygen, pH-value, solar radiation...). If the environmental conditions differ strongly from normal values, it is possible that individual preparations act in a stronger or weaker way!

Therefore, we point out that the application of our products is on your responsibility. The manufacturers do not assume any liability.
